Shipping

1. Legal Age Requirement

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to persons under 18. A person aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery, and valid photo ID may be required.


2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver alcohol to addresses within Australia only. Some rural, regional, or remote locations may not be serviceable. If delivery is unavailable in your area, we will contact you promptly to arrange a refund or alternative solution.


3. Delivery Times

Metro Areas: 2–7 business days

Regional Areas: 5–10 business days

Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays due to couriers, weather, or unforeseen events may occur.


4. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery location and the size of your order. Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount – see our Homepage for current and promotions.


5. Delivery Requirements

An adult (18+) must be available to accept and sign for the delivery.

If no one is home, a card will be left with redelivery or pickup instructions.

Deliveries cannot be left unattended


6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a delivery is returned due to repeated failed attempts, incorrect address, or failure to collect from a pickup point, a re-delivery fee may apply. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items are damaged, missing, or incorrect:

Provide photos of damaged goods if applicable.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. No International Shipping

We currently do not ship alcohol internationally due to customs restrictions.


9. Public Holidays and Peak Times

During holidays or promotional periods, shipping may be delayed due to high demand. We encourage customers to order early to avoid disappointment.


10. Changes to Shipping Terms

Bravo Liquor reserves the right to update or modify these shipping terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
